Our Process
Prior to placing your concrete curbing or sidewalks our concrete crew will set the forms to the designed elevation lines as noted on the engineered drawing. Next, the forms are treated in preparation for the concrete or a string line is set for the slip form curb machine to follow.
The concrete is then poured into the forms or a machine for placement onto the prepared subgrade. Our crew will tool the joints and edges and broom finish per design specifications. Once the concrete has cured, we will remove the forms or saw joints as needed. Your site will now be ready for any additional phases of work required including asphalt paving and line striping.
